SHIPMENT, CANCELATION and REFUND POLICY

Shipment

SKY Devices online store ships products within some United States territories. The client is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping address. If our shipping company cannot find an existing address the item or items will return to our warehouses. The client should contact us to provide us with a correct and existing address. The costs of a second or more shipments are charged to the customer.

Please note that our warehouses do not ship on weekends, nor Saturday or Sunday delivery available.

Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties.

Order Cancelation

Once the order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Refused Orders

Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges even if you refuse the package and do not sign for the delivery.

Returns Windows Time

You have 21 calendar days to return a mobile device from the day you received it.

Items or items should be returned in its original, undamaged and unmarked condition and packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Free or discounted items shipped as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition.

Returned products require inspection before we can provide a refund or exchange.

Return Procedures

Please call SKY Squadron, our Customer Service Support to the following number 1-800-934-3740 or send an email to cs@skydevices.com. In case you use the email please add the following subject to your email: SKY Devices Store Return.

Let them know you want to return your item. They may need some information from you and they will give you an RMA number. Please wait for the RMA number before you send your return. You need this RMA number for SKY Devices to identify your return and refund your money.

When you are ready send your item or items inside of a box along with a printout of the order information, order number, your RMA number and the tracking number of your shipment.

Returned Items Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The buyer changes their mind about a purchase and returns an item in the original condition within the return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless our warranty applies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and qualify for our 24 months warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@skydevices.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
